I am looking to buy an apartment for myself and for my parents as they want to keep visiting Bangalore.
I am 25 year and my parents are around 60.

Since it is for self-use, I want good locality and Cauvery water supply.
Currently, my office is at silk board but it may change in future.

Our budget is 70L for 2bhk. After researching, I could shortlist Nitesh Ceasar’s Palace.
