Good morning.
Please share your knowledge and expert opinion. I already have an apartment in Damden Zephyr at Gottigere, Bannerghatta Road and given it on rent to SBI.
For my own living, I want to buy a 2/2.5 bhk apartment which is completed from a reputed brand.
After going through various threads, I am not having the courage to invest in pre-launch or ongoing projects even from top class brands like Prestige, Godrej, Sobha, Poorva, Mantri, DLF, Hiranandani etc.
My budget is within 70 lakhs inclusive of all.
Need your suggestion please with few reputed brand and completed project names which will be good for quality and peaceful living or if I can easily resale with some appreciation in future preferably around South, North or East Bangalore.

you can try this project in Binneypet shapoorji palloonji parkwest phase 2 the location and amenities offered looks too good as i recently made a visit there i was in love with this project and hoping to buy it soon.
