I am considering buying an apartment in the IT belt of Bangalore. The idea is to buy it from investment perspective to begin with and then once constructed I may probably want to live there. I am not from Bangalore, but from India.

I have seen some properties in Whitefield-Hoodi area and some in Sarjapur-Marathahalli-ORR (near Bellandur) areas, which is a better option from work-live-play point-of-view?
