Will there be increase in registration and stamp duty charges (for Bangalore )in April 2016 ?

I am buying a flat. I heard that there will be increase in registration and stamp duty charges (for Bangalore )in April 2016. If that is the case, I need to get it registered before the end of this month. I want to confirm if the registration charges are going to be increased in April 2016

Any changes to the Stamp Duty/Registration charges will be announced in the Karnataka State Budget to be presented on March 18th
