Will there be increase in registration and stamp duty charges (for Bangalore )in october 2015 ?

My builder gave me a call asking me to register before Sept end to avoid paying extra charges towards the same.
I did not hear any news about this, so can anyone tell me if there are any news about the same and any dates mentioned ?

Hi,
Just to address your concern, Yes you may see a hike in the property guidance value from October 1st week, which will increase the registration cost of the property. The registration charges remain same only the guidance value is getting changed. So its advisable to register the property before the end of this month.

Check this out. The charges may not raise from 1st Oct. Also they say for people with SBI loan the charges will not change. I also received similar letter from my builder and I am researching at the moment.
