Hi All,
Visited the site last weekend and things seem to be in a good shape. Paid the property tax in the nearby Jadegenahalli Panchayati office, Rs.670 for 40×60 site. There are four gardens in the property, two in phase I and two in Phase II. One each is large and the other is small in both areas. Two of these gardens have the ‘Hosakote Planning Authority’ boards in them. This means that their maintenance is already been done by the Govt. The roads inside the property are in quite a good shape too, possibly because of light usage. Some interesting facts from this trip
1. Traffic has increased on Malur Road. In the past 4 years typically there would only be some bikes, few trucks and one or two cars on the road. This time there were more than 10 cars on the same road. In fact one person was inside the property too 
2. Two new developers have put their boards on Malur Road –
a. Villa Plots in Nisarga Vision City by Tekton near Malur
b. Plots in Balaji Meadows by Uron Developers on Malur Road towards Hoskote
3. New IOC petrol bunk on Malur Road towards Hoskote.
