The locality is yet to develop. People are still not aware of this concept.

The WorldMarket project is “unofficially” cancelled by Sattva since March 2015. They have asked all the customers who bought shops to take refund (of course without compensation for their losses). Most have taken refund. Sattva builder has failed to get required approvals for the project and it seems Future Group and Fung Properties have exited the project.

Investors have suffered at the hands of Salarpuria Sattva in this project. They invested and exited without returns. As there are loose regulatory controls in real estate segment Sattva Group has taken no responsibility of their failure to launch the project or compensate the investors. Now it is happily planning to demolish the building and launch another project to make higher returns on its investment.
