Bangalore is a hot destination for new residential projects especially Apartments. Often we hear of pre-launch offers, which promise attractive rates during the offer period. Whereas it is true that the prices are attractive and look good for investors, one should exercise caution since the Pre-launch offers would often mean pending approvals.
