Did anyone bought house in Vaswani walnut creek. Is there any issues with this property?
I am planning to buy 3BHK villa in and around Sarjapur Road, Whitefield. After lot of deliberations, two projects have been shortlisted. Prestige Mayberry, Whitefield and another one is Vaswani Walnut Creek, Sarjapur road. There were number concerns raised for the Prestige Mayberry because someone mentioned that CDP map shows a public road running through the Prestige Mayberry.
Did anyone bought house in Vaswani Walnut Creek? Is there any issues anyone spotted?
Did you buy? No issues except the prices have not appreciated as well as originally thought.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this development with regards to location, connectivity, reputation of the builder etc? I am looking to invest in a property for the medium term and was wondering what the prospects of this property are. Thanks.
