I have booked an apt in purva Scarlet terraces this year. The possession was scheduled for Jan 2017. The construction was more than 14 floors completed when I got this shocker message from CRM telling that the project is going for re-sanctioning and they are going to put the entire project on hold. Never expected this fruad from purva as we trusted the brand and made our budget plans accordingly for 2017 and all got shattered. Now they are telling to go and see the left over apts which were not sold by them in different projects and trying to fool the customers. I am already frustrated with their management and trying to form a group with all those unfortunate customers who are in my same situation. Please send email to me @
they have another stupid project called limousine homes where they are projecting as a very high elite homes… bt for the price you pay… u gt vitrified tiles???? say what!!!
their quality of construction is extremely bad. looking at sobha and prestige, they tried to match them buy announcing projects left right and center, but now are unable to sustain.
they launched affordable housing under the aegis of provident housing (which now I believe that they have merged with puravankara)… they try to position themselves as quality drive company but are the DS Max of ”Á-Grade” buillders…
the residential market is not doing too well… honest suggestion if you have the money, invest in ready to move in homes… they are slightly more expensive but u cn be sure that u cn move in immediately… also negotiate with the builder… i think u cn get a better price…

City Of Gold never existed.
It was Purva Highlands which was re-branded to create “the gold rush”.
I had actually visited the 20 acre parcel of land behind Vakil garden city and drove past

I was offered highlands project for 2800 rs/sqft from a broker..i did not buy at that time itself…all these are going to be dead investment..anyway be careful
puruvankara is offering discount price for yelahanka project..My friend booked the project during pre-launch and there was few years delay. But there are lot of unsold flats in the apartment still

This first part of this project ( refer location map above section 1, completed development), has been up for sale for the last 2-3 yrs and very little takers.
Purvankara has tried multiple tricks like having a radio station host a show from this place, advertise it of having the largest pool etc, but very limited success.
Now, they have changed the name and trying to resell it.
I know of a few people, who have invested out here, and are finding it very difficult to come out; hopelessly stuck to it, you can say.
Strongly advise to stay away from these !!!
Changing name or selling part of the project with a different name are the only innovations that Purva marketing team is capable of. Examples:
1) Purva Seasons —> Purva 270*
2) Purva palm beach —> Purva The Waves
But the reality is ( as @Arvind Raman rightly mentioned):

1 pound of gold is 25k..so per q.ft price i 25000 rs/sq ft 🙂

If good quality builder apartments are coming at 20k-22k rent,where owners pay 1cr,1.3cr to purchase,do decoration etc I dont know why ppl buying apartments unless rent shoots up to atleast 50-60k
Agree Bala. Puruvankara is not an ethical company..Recently CCI has warned puruvankara for its one sided agreement.

Not only too much speculation, too much hype, too much bribe,too much cheating is involved in construction activities. Things like Service tax+VAT all used to exploit purchasers to maximum.Shame on us , we will in country where we claim having rule of law.

I thought purvankara makes poor quality homes, even their ads also fake. They are using Photo shopped dubai to promote worthless property in kanakapura road.!!
Agree rajesh..they are known to cheat people by giving misleading ads.
This project what puruvankara is planning to sell is lying vacant for the last 10 years…so be careful..these all are dead investments..
