If we compare Mantri Courtyard with Concorde Napa Valli, I feel Concorde Napa Valley is better Cos Prices are moderate, Property is on the Main road & Quite Nice.

not sure about the growth potential in this area – all the action seems to be towards the north and east..

Also other than sobha and new apts coming up it is just barren land. will take at least 5 years for the private BDA plots to develop.
The only road to city is Kanakapura road, which is very congested, two lane one,
Only entry point from the KP Road is very narrow

Gaurav, what did you decide? Do you see potential in this project? Even if it is for end-use, I presume you would think about whether it is priced correctly for the location and future potential and what would be the situation 5 years from now..
Why don’t you look at “Concorde Napa Valley” 3.5 km from Ashram. Independent villas, very good- Kanakapura road, Kagillipura.
Reasonable, though a bit far but will develop,
