The project is located at Yelahanka off Doddaballapur Road close Rajanakunte, BMS IT College and before the Angasana Resort. Ramky One North consists of 3 Blocks with with Towers of 13 floors each. The project will have a total of 800 apartments. The L-Shaped property is located a bit off the main road but with a short driveway connecting it and all the 3 blocks are of different dimensions. I live here. I don’t recommend Ramky builders and their management. If you are buying on second sale may be a better option
Ramky management is poor in handling customer and their project quality isn’t good either. CRM and post sale registration, handover procedures is not good.

I am an owner there. It is a good project at good location at good price compared to projects nearby. Also two major phases nearing completion. Second sale is better choice as you get good bargain and no hassles.
Basements full of water, Bad plastering that does not hold a nail, Handover of property without enough preparedness, Gundaraj to remove CCTVs camera, dust flowing around, harassment to residents are indeed sign of exemplary good projects.

Hi we have an 2 bhk apartment, ready for possession in c3 block. if you are interested reply. you can see the house and decide, i dont think there is a problem. they had given all the amenities as promised. i agree the project is delayed a bit. but quality is good. roads are wide, covered parking available.

Horrible facility management and security. They behave like as if they are the king of the place and make their own rules to harass the residents. If you have a college-going kid don’t even think of this place. They will be treated as outcast.
