Last I checked price went upto 5000+ !! Anyone still thinks it is good for investment?
Where did you see the price as 5000+?
As per the website its 4490.
New price as updated on their website is Rs 5510 per sq. ft.

I also don’t believe that 4390 is a good price. I have looked at tyhis roject 1 month back with same prices but looked expesive to me. There are quite a few projects around in the are available for lesss prices. i guess mantri is charging for theor bran premium here. if it was under 4000 than i would have been really interested.
However, the project has got its plus points as well as its a low density project with very good specifications and a good vertical garden layout. Last i spoke to teh matri guy last week, he mentioned prices are going to be revised to 4590 soon.
But again too pricey for me. Salarpuria sancity is bang opposite this project but not sure what are the prevailing prices there.
