ND Laurel, Gunjur, Varthur, this project has been under litigation there has been a stay order on this project but still ND Guys sold this project , and for my surprise it has bank approvals from all top leading Banks , I was lucky that my lawyer pointed out these issues , all the land in and around this apartment belongs to one big family and they have internal issues , stay away from this area.
I am writing this on behalf of all the ND Laurel, Gunjur, Varthur, Bangalore buyers’ community to bring a serious concern against this fraud builder. This project ND Laurel is from the Bangalore based builder named ND Developers (http://www.nddevelopers.com). This project is mere a 104 flats project & has been going on for last 3+ years but still we have not received the possession till date. 80% of the payment has been released to this builder and even today the construction pace is so slow that it will take forever to get the possession. As per the agreement possession date and grace period is already crossed for ALL of the buyers & builder is marginally pushing the possession date by few months at the gap of every 3 months.
Dec 2012 was the possession date for some buyers, some has June 2013, Sep 2013 and most of them have Dec 2013. It has been extended by the builder to Feb 2014 then Aug 2014 and now Dec 2014 but we still feel that it is not going to met because construction pace is very slow. The MD Nayeem Durani is acting like the Prime Minister of India because he doesnt have time to address the buyers. He is not taking any ownership to deliver. We have lost the hope against this cheater builder and want to go legal against him and making him nude in the public by bringing out reality.
We all are stuck badly and do not want others to get stuck in their upcoming projects “Around the Mangoes” and ND Orchid. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY by buying ANYTHING with this stupid builder. THEY ARE NOT WORTH INVESTING with them.
yes this builder is arm twisting tactics …never delivers basic amenities like lift parking electricity etc etc.pls visit their existing properties to have aview of their quality. altough all builders have some complain or the other but this one seems to be a one notch above as existing residents have even slapped a case against him !

Be careful with this builder. My friend had tough time with their prev project – Olivia, they didn’t deliver on time and also very behaved very uncivilized with follow ups. Another crook Reddy builkder
ND stands for Naeem Durani or something I heard. Not a “reddy” builder I think..
