   Hi all,
   This project is A Khata and SBI & LIC approved. As of today the rate is 3000 per sq.ft.

       dont book flat in Tridax or any SSVR group.Builder Not following his commitment. Maximum work is completed by respective flat owner. Cracks in wall, all tiles are cracks and scratched. Builder is not ready to replace. Very bad quality of work and supervisor behave is very bad.After possession you tell to do any thing he will deny even small things.
       Got possession after 6 month when the promised.
       I will never suggest any one to go with this builder SSVR.

         agree with you, Supervisor is pathetic will not listed your concerns at all.
         builder is too good , only issue with the supervisors in this project

   today we visited the site and liked it too…
   but i am not still not sure, did anyone go ahead with booking?

   Is this project SBI approved?
