According to the viral video, some armed goons, allegedly sent by the apartment builder were seen occupying the community hall.
However Ajmera Avenue Cost sheets do not show VAT breakup. When I asked the Sales guy, he said that since Bescom/Bwssb deposit is being charged at a higher rate, there is no VAT required. I do not know how true is this. Whether I need to pay VAT later or not is something I am not clear.

There is this new video which has been circulating in twitter which shows the other side of the story. According to the video, there is another set of residents from Villows and S&T block, which happens to be a part of Ajmera group, complaining about harassment from Infinity residents. Association of infinity residents (AIAOWA) has disconnected the water supply to Villows and S&T block and has even built a wall to restrict the access of these residents. As Kanika has mentioned below, when it comes to evidence there needs to be no room left for doubt. As the video footage is unclear, one cannot simply assume that it was a gun. This is precisely why the case has been taken to court where the evidence will be scrutinized and the judgement will be passed accordingly. Till then it would be advisable not to simply believe in rumors as there is more to this than meets the eye. A lot of contractual information has been conveniently skipped by the residents. There is definitely more to this dispute than simply what is being portrayed by the media as there are always two sides to any issue. The video leaves only doubts in the mind ..gun vs remote pics are blurred..the lady host kept on arguing abt uniforms of guards on duty..M wondering.who wears uniforms when they are off duty? Why were the off duty guards in the campus??.another question of no relevance… There can be an agreement between builder and the security personnel..
This whole episode was crafted to divert focus from the original issues (UDS, merger, amenities etc etc) between ahc and AIAOWA. We are in the last leg of this issue and without media masala the story would have been incomplete.. ( layman’s view)

In a shocking video of an upscale gated community of Bengaluru, Ajmera Infinity, where some goons with arms were seen threatening the residents.
The video of Tuesday night incident’s that surfaced on social media gone viral immediately.
Several emails have also been forwarded to some flat owners of the nearby areas to bring the security threat to their notice.
According to the viral video, some armed goons, allegedly sent by the apartment builder were seen occupying the community hall.
The residents of Ajmera Infinity said that the builder was trying to combine the facilities of their apartment with his new project. After the residents denied permission, he sent his goons to solve the issue with them.
According to the news published in Deccan Chronicle, as the residents recorded the video of Tuesday night and took to the police the next morning. But the police refused to accept the complaints from them.
Next time record videos in the morning. We will all get to see clearly whether they were guns or remotes.
And why would he suddenly get a remote out?to watch a cartoon show? Please ask the goons to come in the morning..will you?

Kanika the fight is not between residence of Infinity & Avenues. We have been following up on this with builder for a long time but at the end of 2 years we did not have any option but to go and take all these steps.
We know that Ajmera Builders have cheated us all by not keeping the documents clear. If they are ready to compensate us for our loss we are ready to accept a middle ground.
Why don’t u make a feasable proposal and ask for compensation for your loss …
Builder is spending a heavy amount unnecessarily in court. That amount can be used for enhancements of amenities further…m suggesting as a layman ….
We are badly gettg affected by this dispute unfortunately whatever steps we will take will be in favour of the builder and against u..I hope u understand.

There is a huge risk in purchasing of flats from A-R Blocks of Ajmera Infinity also because there is an extremely serious issue between Ajmera Inifinity Owners Welfare Association and Ajmera Housing Corporation. If any legal issue arises in future between A-R blocks of Ajmera Infinity, Ajmera Avenue(S&T blocks) and villows then it may not be advisable to buy properties in Ajmera Infinity as well.
M the owner of an apartment in S block, due to these ongoing issues between association and builder we had posted our apartment for sale. We got shocking reviews from potential buyers neither they are interested to buy properties in A to R blocks neither S n T..who would want to get into this legal mess after investing the hard earned money in these properties.. It’s a wakeup call for AJMERITES A to T blocks and Villows to review their stand. The builder has nothing to lose they have sold out thr properties in this project …its we who are owners of apartments here are BIG TIME LOSERS when u go to sell ur properties.
Flats from A to R blocks in Ajmera is still selling properly, its problem with ST block(Avenue) n Villows resale , as they r illegally using facilities of Infinity .These new blocks actually dont have any extra amenities n builder lured them showing the Infinity facilities, there are some chamchas of Ajmera’s who has posted here writing about Infinity resale problem. A legal case is going on, n once d case is closed ST block n Villows wil be declared illegally using d entrance of Ajmera Infinity, their clubhouse n other Facility.All these is d deed of AJMERA d builder, who R BIG CHEATERS…

I empathize with you, firstly you have purchased an apartment in ajmera avenues and thus have lost your investment. I would suggest that you file a case on AHC to get back rather then getting furious at Ajmera infinity residence. I wish you all the best.

AIAOWA shud stop our basics..entry, exits, pathways, parks etc which we have been sharing..that’s y I wrote earlier they should do everything which cannot be questioned back.. Half allowed half not will not work. out. Till then AIAOWA is culprit, you’ll shud hv taken appropriate action at the right time..
Moreover there are many clauses in developers favour ..AIAOWA will never win eventually…
Why don’t u ll agree for a compromise..17 points in the list of demands put up by AIAOWA.. AHC had already agreed out of 19….if AIAOWA loses the legal battle u ll get absolutely nothing…

Hi .. to all those who are planning to buy a apartnent in ajmera.. ITS NOT WORTH IT..!! Construction is not good.. some floors have leaking ceilings.. plumbing is horrible!every now and then we have to call the plumber who never turns up.. sanitation stinks literally.. bathroom is not usable.. water problem horrible.. we had days when we never got water at al.. power problems too.. they dont switch on backup for lifts also,, people get stuck i lifts for 20minutes.. so think 100 times before u invest ur lifetime investment here!!!!!!
We are planning to buy a flat in T block, but i have read some really disheartening reviews about the building, management staff, quality of material used, and now am in doubts whether this is really worth 70 lacs for 2 bhk?
Please help by providing information so that we can take the right step. Its a lot of money and no one wants to waste their hard-earned money…

I am also planning to buy an apartment in S block. In fact I have paid the booking amount.
However I wanted to know from you the following:
1) Have you cross-checked the legalities, building plans, commencement certificates of the S & T blocks?
2) The Cost sheets provided specify Bescom/Bwssb deposit@225 per sqft
There is no VAT mentioned. I have seen cost sheets of multiple builders where Bescom/Bwssb deposits are charged @150 per sqft and VAT is duly mentioned.

3)From whatever we could understand of the sale agreement, it speaks about the S&T block as “mixed development Building”. It does not specify clearly which floors of the building would be meant for commercial purpose and which ones would be for residential purpose. What we are worried of is what if tomorrow in the same floor we land up being the sole owners of a residential apartment while the other three flats around us are used for commercial purpose

Hi, I understand that only basement will be used for commercial purpose. All upper floors are for residential. There is no VAT specified in my price break-up sheet.

I have cancelled my booking.
The price I was offerred , after much negotiation, was Rs 4451+Floor Rise (Rs 90) . This was increased to 4650 + 90 within 5 days after my booking. Moreover, my booking check of 2 lakhs was encashed without even letting me know of the price rise.
I was informed that they cannot go with the price I was offerred, hence I had to take it or leave it. I chose to leave/cancel my booking because when the very first tenet of an agreement for sale is broken (Sale at agreed amount) then I don’t know what else can happen in the future.
How can a builder like Ajmera do this I have no clue. I wish I had given them a PDC
I am waiting for my refund. and after multiple calls to the sales people and office staff, I am convinced its not going to be easy to get back the refund

Forget the refund, think of it as a donation to lord thirupathi balaji rao, anyways there is not much difference.
File Immediate case in consumer forum against them with mail copies. Hope you have done the mentioned things over email, else also without signing agreement they can not charge anything. These bloody looters and cheaters always take advantage of consumer, and yes you did foolish by not giving pdc.

Yes it is true. These 2 blocks are coming up as S & T Blocks of Ajmera Infinity besides the Ajmera Infinity gate and Goel Ganga Vertica.
S & T block is a misnomer. It is actually a separate project avanues. Check Ajmera housing annual report if u doubt my words. Soon they will be separated from Infinity.
