The website claims the below –
1) Living room provided with anodized aluminium…..”with provision of mosquito mesh”
2) Sliding windows with plain sheet glass…..”with provision of mosquito mesh”
But I did not find the mosquito meshed 3 rail windows or balcony doors… they have only 2 railed windows.. when asked them, they said its the individual customization need for a mosquito mesh… But if I want to put one…. how can I do that ?
ps : there are only 2 rails of windows and am not interested in hammering a static mosquito mesh on the new windows..!! any suggestions/alternate ways for this pls…
I have a flat in C block. There are number of analmolies in the final deliverables. They shifted the master bedroom patio position of all 04 apartments; instead of east facing they moved it another side without informing me. Not sure others in C-504 upwards have been communicated or not?
The Mosquito panel missing in the apt is also something not communicated earlier.
The quality of wooden floor is also not upto mark.
All these count to duping and feels frustating.

Nice to know that you have bought a flat in Ajmera Stone Park.. Yey…I have also booked one..!! Just wanted to one thing – the glass windows that are fully opened for ventilation might sometime attract for safety risks, right..!! how about your opinion on this..?

Also Narendra, Seeing your comments “Rs.4500/- per sq ft.” is that worth for the location because the project SNN RAJ NEELADRI which is just some meters away is quoting Rs. 4100/- per sq. ft (heard from one of my friends) so, this question itched me .. ?

SNN Raj Neeladri cannot be compared stonepark when it comes to the facilities. As far as i know SNN is at 4500+ right now. Once the 2nd phase is ready the price will go to 5000+ for Ajmera.

Electronic city is very potential market, not many ppl are aware of
2 BR – 60 L – 1140 Sq Ft
2.5 BR – 70 L 1340 Sq Ft
3 BR – 80 L – 1550 Sq Ft
Current Price is definitely on a little higher side, but i guess it is worth an investment.
