I live close by. you have got it all wrong. there is no graveyard there, please check again.the map is incorrect.
It is near graveyard, that’s what the wikimapia suggests. will that affect property prices there?
graveyard is also necessity in life like schools, hospitals, shopping complex. I am not sure whether there will be any price impact..However price impact will be there once RER is in place and there will not be any pre-launch..its better to wait
I just hate the statements like ‘graveyard is necessary in life’
Do you really think so ?? For whom you want the graveyard to be nearby ?? You or your family ??
its for all everyone..may be good to know your death place
v. good choice. Im happy for you .
I dont want to stay in place im going to go once in a lifetime.
some more -ve
1. If bodies are burnt , there will be unpleasant smoke
2. Scary at nights especially for kids
3. Frequent mournings and stuff
etc etc..

I fully agree with Kiran’s comments above..their projects are great, but om-time delivery is a BIG concern.
I went thru lots of reviews of Nitesh in mouth shut .com..They seems to delay the project by years..so would suggest not to approach the builder in these tough times..
Better wait till 2015 and book.
