Hi everyone, after reading the review from all on Unishire. the question is are they still trust worthy. Seeing by the project progress and the various issues being faced can someone share his/ her final opinion on the builder and their actual credibility. I visited their SPACIO project.
1. Is this property cleared legally? Are the papers all cleared ? ( any lawyers recommendations )
2. They have said the project will complete by Dec 2017. Is this true (or) would there be further delays ?
3. they claim that the project is 80% sold out ? Is this real ? ( especially there is a slum in the real estate )
4. Their Sq ft area mentioned and final provision is 70% … which means is this really value for money invested ?
Do share your genuine response please. request those who have experienced their challenges and feelings to share and help others.
Hi, As mentioned , i have booked in spacio and i have had an good experience till date. Legal papers can be verified with your financial institutions from where you avail your housing loan. This project is located in a well connected locality and there are more chances that the project would have a demand. Regarding the Sq Ft area, the interior deign seems to be good in terms of space usage.Construction is on ,and we hope the builder will deliver on time.
Hi Ganesh, When did you book in Spacio? How do you feel about the construction progress. Looks like the project launched in 2014 and do not see much progress. The price and the offer they give is pretty good.
I am a customer @ Terraza. The buying experience was good, the customer relationship so far has been good and the construction has been progressing at a good pace since they started.
Initially builder committed (verbally) for Dec-15 possession but the written commitment later slipped to Aug-2016, which is 3 years from the commencement as per agreement.
So, for Spacio, assume 3 years from commencement date as per agreement. If Dec-17 is verbal commit, they will most likely miss it. A more reasonable assumption would be mid-2018, which is par for real estate in the present scenario.
70% carpet area is pretty decent if you don’t have too many common walls.
A short summary: I’m very happy with the builder so far, as far as Terraza is concerned. All the best in your search.

i wish to book a 3 bhk in spacio. let me know the details and price.
Hello All,
Please be away from Unishire. I have booked 2bhk flat in Spacio in 2014. Even I have furnished booking amount cheque. But later they neither came up for agreement and even I struggled to get my cheque back. So my sincere experience don’t go for Unishire projects.
Any organisation has a process of cancellation and I am sure Unishre will refund the applicable amount as stipulated in the booking form or agreement which you might have signed. Its advisable to completely understand the home buying process and do the necessary booking without hurrying your decision and I am certian by now Unishire would have refunded. I am well wisher to new home buyer and these forums are very misguiding at times. Any further queries write to me at Thank you, Captn. Rajendran
Dear Raj,
I don’t think this forum is misguiding. No one will get any benefit in misguiding somebody. I have shared my worst experience with the Unishire. Also I struggled a lot to get my cheque back.
Is it worth investing in this project
Did anyone booked this apartment from Unishire?
Does anybody have the Location map?
It is next to paramount pilatus.
