I had approached for this property in Feb 2015 and started negotiation with the builders. We couldn’t come to an agreement and I had dropped the idea of buying this property. In the last week of May, I got a call from the sales executive that they want to renegotiate with the positive customers of the past. They pulled me back into the negotiation thread again offered me a quote. When I approached the sales executive to accept the offered quote after 3 weeks, the sales executive replied me back after more than a week that they can only offer me the flat for the price more than 9 Lakhs what initially quoted. How come the price of the same flat is appreciated by 9 Lakhs in 3 weeks. What development has lead to such a huge appreciation. The sales executive is giving some absurd reason for the increase in the price. He is not giving a single genuine reason for reverting back on the offered quote. The executive is saying the offered quote is the same what we offered in Feb 2015 which is not true. If that is the case why they come back to me and say we want to renegotiate and offer a new quote after three months.
People are talking that the Atlantis Sales Executive were committed and customer centric. Is this marketing strategy to categorized as committed and customer centric. First of all why they should come back after three months and offer me a price and reverting back on the committed price? Totally unhappy with the way the sales executive of Atlantis were handling the negotiations. This is certainly not the way to treat the approached clients.
I, during the past few months, closely observed these people. They are-

Committed
Customer Centric
I don’t see any reason why they will not end up with timely completion and satisfactory deliverable.
My advise to them would be to go for customer delight . . . needless to say, i am selfish since i also am a customer in this project

I’m Bharani and I’ve booked a flat in Atlantis Liberty Square. I’m not writing this comment because i own a property here. While doing a reality check in and around Kanakapura road, we did come across many properties. Either they were very expensive ( say 4750/- to 5500/- per Sft) or they were not in a so called “PERFECT” location. After looking at close to 12-14 properties in and around the locality, we froze on this property for various reasons.
1. New Builders. They want to prove their existence in the extremely competent reality market.
2. Very challenging price.
3. Very nice people. One will feel very comfortable speaking to the sales team. They are highly professional and they believe in win/ win situation.
My take is that the management of Atlantis will live up to the promises and assurances they are committing.
I wish them all the very best in finding more like minded people to join the Club Liberty Square.

I booked a flat here and I don’t regret it one bit their construction quality is way superior to evn all the big builders around , they also keep sending me the constant progress at site frm the latest pics they sent me I think now evn the 6th slab is done and the block wrk is in progress .. If u guys think the price is high u should jus go to the other builder n enquire abt the price am sure these guys are at par with thm or evn lower ..
Jus becoz the builder is new I don’t think it’s right to except a throw away price , at the end of the day it’s the quality product n not the name for me as a flat owner ..

I booked a flat on day before yesterday after a very thorough study from past 6 months. I want to live as well as I feel it is a good investment of the location and builder even though is new, quality of construction is good, architecture is good, amenities are good, hence, it’s worth buying.

It will be surely delayed atleast by an year as per the construction progress.Since these days all builders are calling their projects luxury and premium its hard to differentiate, only way is to see their other buildings.

My comment is based on experience with many A class builders.Be it delivery time or quality of deliverables ,many have failed in most of their projects.Want proof? go and look at HM Tambourine or may be Purva Belmont (both on Kanakapura main road)Just a look from outside will get an idea.The location of your project is good, also plan seems to be promising but when you say luxury or premium the amenities should be in abundance and top notch with top class gym,sports facilities(sports courts etc) and entertainment options(mini theatre etc) which clearly lacks in this project.
Impressive location and elevation. Was little sceptical on the quality of specifications, Doors and fixtures in model flat looked very ordinary and definitely deserves a better quality for the flats costing 90+ lkh.
Not too sure to trust on the promises on brochure.
This property is too pricey for the location and the amenities they are offering.3 bhk close to 90 lac is too much for an unknown builder. One cannot expect any kind of appreciation since many projects are coming up near this project.

I think the project is very competitively priced. Tried enquiring Brigade Omega and Shobha Forest View who are even further down and off Kanakapura Road and they seem to be charging atleast 400 – 600 Rs more per sq ft. The amenities provided seem good and the materials are of very good quality. The project is definitely worth considering for all the good features provided.

The builder is new with only one previous project completion. The area is less for the amenties. Timely delivery cannot be expected. Advantage for the project is the location. Rs. 3800 – 4000 per is the rate quoted by similar projects nearby. Negotiate well if you are interested.
