I saw pictures of these on their site. I dont see any balcony for the flats? is it same for al the flats or is it for some specific towers? Anyway I am planning to visit the location in coming week. Meanwhile was looking for some inputs from someone who is already living there.
are there any reviews by those who are living there? i see the property is good but the hospital and supermarket are yet to come..looks like will take time to get fully populated..and the rental is 10k for a 2bhkof 950 sqft which is worry some and gives an option to be in rent than purchasing it..

I had a query on the ‘Pipeline Road’ on the back side of the project as well as abt developments in Art of living. How are these places?

Thanks for the inputs. I ve checked a number of projects in the vicinity of Nice Rd- Kanakpura Junction such as – Shobha Arena, Forest View, Brigade Omega, Purva Highlands, Nitesh British Columbia. Also visited Prestige Northridge, SNN Green Ferns, Sobha Silicon city & Godrej E-city.
Brigade Wisteria is priced most economical among all these and is kind of centrally located. It is a bit away from NICe rd but the NH207 would be widening into 4 lane making commute even more easier..

I think my comments have diverted the discussion to Devanahalli. Having said that, it is unfair to compare Brigade Orchards with Indya estates. Brrigade orchards is a township of 130 acres, perhaps the biggest project that i have heard off, the only other project of this size is Ozone Urbana. Moreover Indya estates has not completed a single project till date.The international airport is operation for more than 7 years and yet there is very little development. Kanakapura is an upcoming locality in South Bangalore. Although Brigade meadows was available at a good price, Wisteria is priced slightly aggressive. The water level and the locality as such is much better than Devanahalli(my opinion!).

I appreciate your question. Hope you are aware that Brigade Wisteria is an extension of Brigade Meadows which was launched 3 years ago as Value homes. Now they are coming up with Wisteria which is a luxury apartment. There are numerous projects coming up in the vicinity. Kanakapura is an upcoming locality. There are many parts in Bangalore that was referred the way you have but those areas have grown beyond our imagination. The same was told about Brigade Gateway in Yeshwanthpur/Malleshwaram, today it is beyond common man’s reach. I too made a sarcastic comment about other projects but often I was at the receiving end. Do you know the prices in Devanahalli? Are there any landmarks apart from the airport? The price is always in anticipation of growth.

The rates in Devanahalli are quite diverse . While Indya Estates Skyview is getting launched at 2700 /- psf , Brigade Orchards is charging upwards 3800 . From a growth potential perspective , Devanahalli is the hottest destination . You have an upcoming SEZ up some 14 km from Devanahalli towards the city ( straight road , so you dont feel the distance that much ) . So while things will take a few more years to churn up investor interest , you can get a decent appreciation of your investment by being a little more patient .

@ Raj, I do not intend to be sarcastic here. Just like to know, since u visited there, what is the USP of project or why would anybody buy apartment in Wisteria except he/she is regular visitor to AOL!
Just would like to know if the area is habitable and what is the closest grocery shop or hospital nearby..?
I checked their brochure and I do not see any nearby landmark unlike usual project brochure.
I had been to the site on the day of launch. The price was Rs 3790/sqft for a day oor two. The model appartment for 2/3 bhk is ready. Looked very similar to Meadows but the materails are different. It is 2 basement +8 floor. It is a luxury project. There are separate ameneties for meadows and wisteria occupants. They are coming up with 2 blocks. Only the first block is up for sale. In total I was told 1100 apartment in Phase 1 and phase2. The whole project as such is shaping up very well.
