Orchid North View is a new residential apartment project by Goyal & Co in partner ship with the Hariyana Group.  The project in pre-launch phase will offer 182 apartments in 1 & 2 BHK configurations across 1.25 acres. This high rise apartment project is located very close to Provident Harmonay and about 800 metres from Thanisandra Road and 4 km to Manyata Tech Park.

Current projects include Orchid Woods & Orchid Nirvana.

    Any latest update from Builder side?
    Anyone got Legal document CD verified? Anyone went for agreement with Builder?
    What is the update of Project? Digging started? They informed me that it will start from first week of March.

        Cost psft now is 3750/-
        Guys the price is appreciating real fast…

        Provident revised it from 4100 to 4500
        Footprints from 3600 to 3750

    Hi All,

    I wish to know if any one has gone ahead with the booking.

    I am considering to purchase a 2BHK.
    The project is at a good location, close to the following:
    Manyata Tech Park
    Karle Patil IT SEZ (Proposed)
    BCIT (Proposed)
    Hinduja ecopolis IT SEZ (ongoing)

    Provident harmony received a great response, which is right next to footprints. Thus let me know if any one booked a flat.

    the carpet area is very less around 60%. location is good.
