what is the pre-launch price please?
This project was a dream for us from couple of months and henece we proceeded with pre-booking (with 5L cheque) . After Launch we really disappointed the way Sobha bumped the price for economic community .
Had a very good opinion on shobha till date , now understood Sobha is not seperate as like other builders .

Yes .. it’s been hopelessly increased and now they are comparing their rates with Tata Promont and Prestige Southridge 🙂
Absolutely agree ! their target segment is people who are not residing in India who blindly invest (rather emotionally) in realty without looking at approach roads etc. Just note in their latest marketing campaigns area of flat units are in sq mt (US standard) not in sq feet (UK/India standard) 🙂
