I bought two BHK apartment vide B1003..They were supposed to give possession by January 2016.But they are telling me that they will give possession in the 1st quarter of 2017.Let us wait and see.

Beware of supertech any new project launched anywhere. They are trying to expand their cheating business in Bangalore also after looting peoples in Noida and Gurgaon.
Builder is very much money minded and day dream innocent common man with dream home.
Never meet their possession date and add 2 years more from the date of agreed possession as per agreement.
Never fulfill any of their promises made so far in any of its old projects.
Also very clever in making agreement letter and demand unnecessary charges during possession time.
Charges heavy interest from buyers if he fails to pay demands even for 1 day and very nominal penalty from builder from if he make delay in possession.
Take minimum 2-3 years delay in Micasa project also.
Their CRM department is full of unethical persons and never responded you after you buy the flat. Spreaded lots of sales touts who will tell everything fake and don’t believe on them. They have no stand in the company and will fly away after the flat is sold and got commission from builder.
Strongly recommend not to invest in this project keeping in old history of supertech in Noida and delhi NCR.

Supertech Micasa is one of the best project in Bangalore north. I have booked 3 flats there looking at the developments in and around the project. Plus other A-Category builder is selling there like: mantri Web City- Rs. 4990 per sq ft, Nitesh Melbourne park- 4750 per sq ft, Bhartiya City- 4720 per sq ft, Purvankara Palm Beach- 4700 per sq ft.
By looking at the rate i have booked 3 units there and also they are giving no PRE EMI Scheme for 2 years.
I have also referred many of my friends and colleagues who have also purchased there.

I bought 2BHK in Micasa Bangalore vide B/1003.They were supposed to give possession by January.When I asked for the possession ,I was told by Mr Nithin Bussiness Manager of Micasa that possession was fixed in April 2017 tentively..But it was a lie.The construction has been at snail’s pace.It is not likely to completed in near future.I would like to take strong legal action .If any affected parties want to join me,they are welcome.
It will not over in next 24 months I believe the contractors is not ready to work

The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) of Emerald Court Complex, the petitioner of the case, has already filed a caveat in the Supreme Court.
The two towers house 857 flats, of which almost 600 have been sold. While there is no occupancy, homebuyers said the High Court order that the developer refund them money, along with 14 per cent compound interest, won’t help them.
“When the order for the demolition came, it also demolished our dreams. Most of us weren’t even aware of the dispute and learnt about it from newspapers,” M R Chhikara said.
According to the aggrieved homebuyers, when the units were first being sold in the two towers in 2009, the rate per square feet was Rs 2,600. In the last five years, it has increased to more than Rs 6,000 per square feet.
“The 14 per cent interest isn’t acceptable to us, neither is the provision of an alternate unit — as our hard-earned money has been invested into this particular apartment, with its excellent location on the Expressway,” Chhikara said.
Homebuyers maintained most of them were shown the approvals and sanctions obtained by the developer — and they had not seen any infirmity in the documents.
“It wasn’t until three years after construction began that the RWA complained about the flats. By then, many of us had already bought property there,” Chhikara said.
“The flat I bought was worth Rs 1 crore and I paid almost the entire amount. I am paying regular EMIs to the bank. Even if I get the money back, it doesn’t give me my home,” Anil Kumar Yadav, who has bought a 1,050 square feet two-bedroom apartment, said.
According to the RWA of the housing society, the two towers were always in complete violation of the UP Apartments Act. “We have been running from pillar to post from day one. The builder has cheated the homebuyers, the Noida Authority and also us,” UBS Teotia, RWA president, said.
I belong to north- Yes the reputation is not good but I hear they have changing after his son has taken. This is there first project in BLR, I hope they do well. I have seen the pricing of this project- not very happy as they are still lot of lagoons- not sure which will it go.
I did few round of discussion but decided not to go with this project.

Superteach is a big cheat & fraud. Construction quality is very poor. They promise something at the launch of project and later deliver very low quality. In Ghaziabad Livingston project Supertech is yet to complete the project and yet to deliver the flat after 7 years. At the launch there were about 780 flats which were revised to 1370 without information to those who booked flat. Those who brooked flat with Supertech are going to repent, better take refund & get out of this rouge builder.

I have booked two flats here. I think it is a fantastic project and has great future potential! It is their first project and here and they will do their best. Don’t go by mouth shut reviews, they are pretty bad for all the builders. The location in terms of connectivity is excellent. It is just 5 km away from bellary road on kogilu cross and close to DPS and Vidyashilp. Also, call your folks in Delhi- NCR to know the kind of projects they are doing. They are the biggest in Noida. I suggest if you guys are interested, go check out the location, talk to them and decide. The price is pretty attractive and it is a luxury project. Please share your unbiased view.

All the comments about the project you have mentioned is not correct. That location has stone quarry and this new project Micasa is close to the quarry. Recently they said quarry is closed but it is still open and it disturbs the construction. Also, there is mosque nearby which is not good next to apartment. This location will take 4-5 years to develop and is having water problem
Dear Mr. Ranjit, what you have said is absolutely wrong.quarry is closed and some illegal practices going in quarry.Notices is also raised from pollution control board and moreover there is no mosque within a short distance. Huz house is about 4-5km beside KNS college in Tirumenahalli.
I bought 2 flats in Micasa under Subvention Scheme @4340. One is for end use and one is for investment.
Comparing to A class builders in this area, Micasa is only project in this area getting in this price. i have gone through all the projects near by this area.Finally purchase 2 flats.
Im from noida and supertrch is known for its poor construction quality and long delays in completing their projects
Mouth shut review of supertech for its noida projects is very bad. Not even one decent feedback. Harshsagar, How credible is the builder? Any idea?
