One of the best residential areas in Bangalore where there are landscaped lawns, swimming pool, children’s park, gym, and a very large walking track. The air is fresh and there is no pollution. Water supply is good and the water is sweet. There is no power breakdown.
There are frequent power breakdowns and power tripping…as latest as yesterday night. Water is the Crux of all problems…alembic promised Kaveri connection but didn’t fulfill that promise yet. Not sure if your comments were supposed to be sarcastic?
The flat I bought is so beautiful from the inside. I love the maintainance and the green cover. No issues with water and electricity so far.
No issues with water and electricity so far? I’m not sure if you are a resident but those are everyday issues faced by residents because of builder’s inexperience and Bangalore marketing team’s bad attitude. Please come and stay for few days and you will understand on your own.

I wanted to provide my assessment of the builder and their behavior over the last 2 years (since flat booking), till the flat handover, for the benefit of all potential buyers. Pl be very careful working with various employees of Alembic. Most of them are incompetent and unprofessional. My registration documents were messed up, because someone did not pay attention, and no responsibility was taken, registration delayed by a month. Hand-over process was massively messy, kept running around for getting things fixed, no follow through on promises (for e.g. flushes in bathrooms not working even 2 months after hand-over, several other similar issues of leakages, missing mosquito nets etc) Their escalation path for requests is a joke.
Overall, Alembic wants to portray themselves as tier 1 builder, though their building quality is satisfactory, but falls severely short on customer service and professionalism. A big-head ache working with their marketing office employees.

I have read similar reviews on Google as well where multiple people have complained about the Builder/ CRM Team/Maintenance Team not being helpful and owners have been running after them to get the issues resolved.
I had visited the project a month ago and really liked the location, the unit plan and the landscaping part which they really boast of. Seems like the saying ‘All that glitters is not gold’ applied correctly to this project.
People have also complained about the construction quality being poor and there being a huge disparity between the amount you pay and the quality you get. What is your take on this?
I’m a resident and I agree with Rahul’s review. The builder is inexperienced of handling a project of this scale. Plus this is their first project in Bangalore so their architect didn’t consider the problems that one might face here: for example simple things like cover for rain (it rains frequently and heavily here). The construction quality is not great because it was not supervised properly and flaws were left for the customers to find at the last minute. All that glitters may indeed be some cheap quality plastic from inside.

What’s the current price going on for 2 and 3 BHK’s in urban forest? The marketing team keeps on negotiating, so I’m not very sure what’s the correct price to book this for.
I think the current rate for 2 BHK is 80-82.5 including everything+registration. These are the rates some of the flats have been sold at recently, and the rates for the resale flats.
