The Balance 75% of the sale value of the plot will have to be paid within 30 days from the date of layout approval and the plot will be registered in the client’s name.

How good is it to invest in this project?
From what I see, location is the only major constraint for now. But one cannot predict the future.
Any comments from people who have actually invested here?
The project is expected to be completed by end of next year. The project is on Sarjapur road in Tamil Nadu. Looking at the other project quality of construction seems to be good

Any opinions on this project ?? How is it from an investment point of view for say the next 5 years. I had visited this area recently and was impressed to see Firangi Pani. But then it physically lies in Tamil Nadu and there are lot of other villa projects on Sarjapur Attibele road.
