Hi,
I am planning to invest in weave; anyone has booked a flat? Reviews and Feedback appreciated.
I am investing in property for the first time and your feedbacks/experience with builder will be of great help.
thanks in advance

I am a buyer at Unishire Terraza. Very friendly, customer-oriented builder. So far, so good. Consider 2 unknowns before you make a decision. (i) builder has got into trouble with a couple of projects previously on land issues (get the documents verified thoroughly by a lawyer) & (ii) builder is yet to successfully execute a big project. (at this moment, all you can do is make a gamble.)
Of course, goes without saying that all other commonalities while buying a property must be done. No armchair buying, go and make a visit. If you are not in Bangalore, get some relative/friend to personally go and take a look to get convinced about location. Also, take a look at SEIAA documents of the project. All project details are mentioned clearly.
Hi saa,
Where do I get the SEIAA documents for this project ?
This link doesnt seem to show any details .

You are at the right place. Follow “List of Constructions 2014”. You’ll see a project specified at Chokkanahalli. I believe this is the Unishire Weave project.

Thanks saa .. I can see it now.
I was wondering why this is only updated till feb-2015 . Are there no approvals from SEIAA after that ? Or builders are not even applying for approvals ?
Can anybody suggest for this project. planning to book
I heard there is some litigation in the weave project, unishire has not delivered any big projects. I was looking but I head the litigation
Weave construction has begun and very good appreciation I have witnessed in this project.
I booked a 3BHK flat here. The elevation is great & unique. I liked the design also. Reading things on the internet makes it difficult to decide because there are all kinds of reviews. If you feel that you have got all information and are satisfied you should go with your decision.
Hi all,
I have started a owners group for Weave. Anyone who has already booked a flat here please join.

BEWARE OF BOOKING FLAT WITH UNISHIRE:
I booked flat e1 607 with unishire group in terraza and paid an amount of 300000 to them. They told that they will not cut any money for any problems from their side and will cut 10k to 15k otherwise. When i cancelled the flat, I am getting an email from their side that they will just refund me 200000 only and that also only on resale of flat. they are planning to take “100000? as cancellation fee. This incident itself brings out the reality about this builder. Old projects already had issues with quality and land issues. Now using these cheap tricks to earn money from customers.
I can share email interactions if required.
On further interaction, It turned out that they had included clause of 100000 rupees deduction written in the BOOKING FORM itself. BEWARE of this UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES. READ all terms and conditions properly before SIGNING ANYTHING. Fraud salesman kamalakant and my negeligence was the main cause for this 🙁
@pankaj – cant u read all the T&C before you sign the dotted line..
there is no point in writing blog on this..anyway u saved 2lakhs..u shld be happy for that.
Hello Pankaj,
Can you message me your cell number on or 9620048748. I have also given token money for upcoming Unishire project in Raechanhalli. Would like to talk to you regarding your experience.
Thanks Pankaj for sharing this info. I was considering investing with Unishire. I would definitely consider your feedback. Investment with people who change their policies are surely not trustworthy, and its a deal breaker for sure.
Hello All,
In the end, I got my money back after lots of discussions and warnings etc. In the end they cut only 15k and refunded back rest of the money to me. So they did stood with their commitment in the end.
But am not sure, if it was communication gap between different department or they changed their mind later, but they created unnecessary tensions/panic for me in the process. I talked to lots of people, lawyer, consumer forums etc to check if I can fight against them in court to get the money back. Although it was not required in the end as they gave my money back.
So overall not very good experience with them but they did had good floor plan and master plan which was attractive point from the beginning.
Regards,
Pankaj
Any organisation has a process of cancellation and I am Unishire will refund the applicable amount as stipulated in the booking form or agreement which you might have signed. Its advisable to completely understand the home buying process and do the necessary booking without hurrying your decision and I am certain by now Unishire would have refunded. I am well wisher to new home buyer and these forums are very misguiding at times. Any growing organisations has a new set of policies laid out to make there is a set process and efficient business functionality is achieved. Its one’s own responsibility to read all terms and conditions before signing any legal documents and most are ignorant enough to sign blindly and quarrel over such issues. An organisation do not want speculations in home buying and such policies ensure there is a price stability and indeed a benefit for home buyers. All genuine home buyers seek guidance from your friends and families instead of judging yourself through this blog. Competitors tarnish each others brand and at the end customer are misguided completely. Any further queries write to me at Thank you, Captn. Rajendran
can you tell price at which you booked.
any one booked in this project ? I am looking for booking
I have booked a 2BHK @ pre launch prices, it has great floor plans.
Hi …. i went to this site …. i did recieve the project details as well ….. looks like an interesting project ….. i am interested …… i did read some comments about this project being done by the signature tulip ppl which has ran into legal issues …… am not able to corelate those builders with this unishire project ….. anybody can please advise …..
Appreciate your assistance ….
Are you planning to buy
Really liked their construction design..first of its kind and unique.
If I had not invested elsewhere, would have gone for this one.
Price is slightly on the higher side considering the location.
I don’t know why all the buildings are having swimming pools on terraces nowadays. Builders are saving money by using that space and also not passing that benefit to buyers. Isn’t the terrace swimming pool bad for water seepage and maintenance?
In Gujarat after earthquake all the builders stopped construction of swimming pools on terrace due to safety issues. It should be discouraged.
And moreover they give a name as infinity pool 🙂
Are you sure it is a swimming pool and not an open ‘water storage tank’ ? I hope the builder is not pulling a fast one. You swim in the water and an hour later the same water is swimming inside you. Disgusting !!!!! but innovative.
