Hi one of the marketing person had offered me 7350 per sft after running 2 months around him can i buy for this price kindly help me the quality and location was excellent,Only that is making me to think. Harsha can u tell me i can go with this price are any friend who had known about this project.
Be careful with this builder. They promise a lot but, quality is pathetic, very high on cost cutting, illegal activities. Will convert your white money to black by forcing you to do illegal stuff. Maintenance is pathetic & another way for builder to make some money. If anyone still wants to buy, talk to few residents in NCC Ivory Heights. Please do not repent later.
Hi what you said is correct, But i came to know with few reference that only ivory heights had some issues, But ncc other project customers are very positive about NCC URBAN. But i am not a kind of person can blame total ncc projects for one reason. I can understand the frustation because you are living in ivory. But tell you my friend i saw their model villas 2 days back its awesome. And too late to reply me i already books my villa there. Quality wa outstanding i had seen other builders in that area, but NCC IS MUCH MUCH better to tell you frankly.
Hi as some one said they are taking black money @ Manjushree I asked them they are not even taking 1 lakh rupee in cash Why simply creating negative talks i became fool by seeing your review.
One good thing about Bangalore RE is that it has stopped a lot of black money from flying abroad, specially to Switzerland. There are many “Black Hole” projects in Bangalore which sucks black money in a way that the money remains hidden in the system, while the “investor” remains assured about his possession.
This is one such project. At 7690/- no one in sane mind will by an inch of land in Sarjapur. But then, black money is looking for such sink holes. They find is quite irresistible.
May be, after 10 years, this price could be valid
Many of my colleagues own houses at NCC in other older projects, the quality of construction is good, but definitely not great; quoting this price is not justified at all – esp. on Sarjapur road where buyers have loads of other options.
Joke of the year….7690…why don’t they sell it with a mango tree.
What is the justification for this price? I’ve seen the area in person, Its not worth, even if they offer 50% discount.

When did sarjapur become Newyork city ? I can buy 2 house in newyork..with this price..
