Hi
I am planning to buy this project. Anyone can help me with this. Now a days road are already made by bbmp. So except that any suggestion.plz share. What is current price rate in this location
Dont get trapped with this. I am living in Samhita Rainbow for the past 3 years. The road is seriously under litigation. Samhita Rainbow is approved by SBI. I dont think they even see the road while approving.
There is a FB group on Varthur Vigyor Road Movement: https://www.facebook.com/groups/VarthurVibgyorRoadMovement/
The road has 4 litigation (4 owners claim portions of the road) and so the road work has stopped. Dont be convinced about Vaswani Guys claiming that the road work will start. Use the information in the FB group which has BPMP work orders/stay orders etc.
good that you have given the info 🙂
Are they negotiating?
The approach road is under litigation. How can BBMP approve a project where approach road is not there? I dont think that leading banks will be approving loans.
Approach road is under litigations. Present condition of the road is pathetic. There is no hope that it gets improved in future. Try visiting the site between 7.30am to 8.40am on week days. School traffic makes the situation worse. Don’t judge by weekend visits.
Given the deplorable condition of traffic and non planned nature of infrastructure, I am least interested to pay such high price. There is no doubt that campus will be serene but once you step out of it, you land up in the hell of traffic and chaos. They should develop projects like this in a place which is well accessible.
You think the project is worth looking at?Are they negotiating?
Are you guys considering the VAT and service tax on the under construction building? Thats substantial cost. Keep that in mind before getting into under-construction property
I think other good projects in that same area will be nearly 5800/sft.
Whats the current price for other projects in this location?
