The most genuine builder I have come across who is passionate about the project and wants to deliver the best to the customer. I have never seen such people in construction business.

I booked one unit in High Cliff in Dec 2015, when the builder promised to start the construction soon. Months passed and I realised my mistake and cancelled my booking. Those builders are a bunch of incompetent people and liers. They told that they will return my money with interest. After hundreds of office visits, calls and messages I am yet to receive my full principal amount, leave the interest. Think before investing your hard earned money.
Fraud Company he cheated more and more people
Is it worth investing in this property ? The project is yet to start the construction ..I guess it the status remains so for the last 1 year or so ..
Doesn’t seem to be a promising property as very few amenities compared to other properties near by. Also charging pretty high comparing to other builders.
