After crossing the Meenkashi mall on Bannerghatta road there’s a left turn just before Prestige Nottinghill towards Doddakammanaha main road, after driving for 1.9 kms on that road there will be a road on right hand side going towards the T. John Institute of Technology/Podar International School, after driving for another 0.5 km, project will be on left hand side immediately after crossing the Nice road bridge.

I have booked in casa grande luxus recently…was told that their shamrock project also would be launched very soon…luxus project is very good and felt that it is the right time to invest as the price they are quoting is much lesser than the market price in that region…please share your thoughts on this…

I would suggest you to consider bangalore based builders rather some other place because local bases Builders have better contacts with respect to government officials and contacts with contractors for timely completion i see couple of projects in that location like purva sound of water , city ville , raja woods park and many other do your home work visit all the projects compare prices and credibility of the builder and then take a informed decision i have booked a villa in one of these above mentioned projects which i would not like to disclose here

If you plan to buy a villa and live then time is right anytime..however if you plan to buy and rent or sell ..then the time is very bad.
I do not have any idea about the villa project..for any project please go thru the comments by the consultant..that is good enought

How is the location of this project and is it worth for 1.5 crore? Pleas give some insight about this project.
Dear Sir..if you are interested to buy..please go ahead..Few things to keep in mind
1. Check all the papers ..Ask them whether it is A khata or B Khata..
If it is only A..then you can plan
2. Do not pay any initial amount to get the papers.Get a lawyer with you and go to their office and review the papers
3.Ask for the draft sale agreement and construction agreement. Go thru all the terms and conditions
4.Review the penalty clause..
5.If they are charging 18 % from you for the delay..you also need to ask the same amount
6. Only opt for construction linked payment..
7.Check their previous construction and quality..Talk to the people who bought it and the concerns they have got
These days there are lots of properties available for ready to move in..also buy only if you decide to live in that place..Do not think of renting..there are million homes available in Bangalore for sale and unoccupied..So think 100 time before buying a dream home
