As of 2nd week of June 2015, a pre-launch price of Rs. 4890/- per sft. Total cost of 1 bhk excluding Registration is around 40 lacs.
I have booked 2047 SQ feet 03 bhk @ tower 10, price is 6150 inclusive. As per the team confirmation the project should be completed by mid of 2019.
I just visited them on sunday and they said the approx completion is around June/July 2020
Some of the Google reviewers seem to think that the place is overcrowded. Does any one think that’s a valid concern?

I too have booked 1.5 bhk this august , and got email from them that Approval has come, Spoke to the rep today and she said she is waiting for the hard copy approval document from BBMP after dusherra so it should be any moment

No. Even I’m waiting for a word from them.

Yes, I have also booked but no word from them sofar.
I contacted last month and they said the agreement process starts from March 1st week and ends by March 31st, but nothing from their end sofar.
Anyone knows the real issues why it is getting delayed?

Regarding the approvals – Their rep Sharath had called me sometime back and they said that the approvals are in the final stage and its should have it anytime soon. I visited the site in first week of March and he said that by end of March we should have the approvals is what he mentioned. He mentioned that they have already started the work and finalized the contractors – they have begun ground excavation ( not sure if its just and eye wash for customers) .
Another thing was that the Rep had called me in Mid of Feb and he stated that approvals are in the final stage and if you insist on agreement – then you we can get it done but their would be a clause stating ‘subject to approvals’ . I was not happy and told him i would wait. But we need to push the builder and see whats the real scenario. When I booked the project he said end of Jan we should have it …but now it gonna be end of March and still no word. really not happy about it.

Spoke to Mr. Prashanth & Mr. Sharath and they advised us that Sanction Approval of the plan is pending and should be done in about a months time. All other approvals in place. Excavation was in progress when we visited.

messages on habitat seems planted.. seen same message almost with differwnt names on this page as well as an homznspace. cheap tactics if that’s the case.

To add to that, I had seen Provident Harmony before but due to same thinking, i did not book it. Now, I regret my decision. And now I have bought an apartment paying much higher price still far from Provident.

Yes, it has appreciated so much and in some cases much more than that. If you want proof, you can check and verify Provident Harmony in thanisandra road. This Purvankara subsidary project has appreciated more than 50% since 2012.
There wont be any real estate regulation in the near future atleast. Since there are lots of black money involved and builder benefiting from it, all posibilities will be there to delay it. And even if it passes, there will be loopholes as such the property prices never come down than it is now. People who are waiting will just keep on doing that. And when the prices rises, it still becomes unaffordable and you might miss the bus and regret all your life. Better take informed decision atleast seeing history yourself. All the best.
Provident harmony is a useless project anyway – and no, most properties have not appreciated so much in the last 3 years. If any have nobody will buy at those elevated levels.
I will not regret all my life as I already have a property. As per my information, buyers should hold out from buying now – however if it is for end use, price appreciation etc. are irrelevant.
What about builders struggling with inventory, sales and launches – does that paint a rosy picture?
Too much. Not long ago 40 lak was price of 2bhk including everything. Housing market is going for big crackdown.
Even i feel the same. It was around 50 lac for ready to occupy couple of years ago. I think this project will take 4-5 years for completion & with a shopping mall in the front & metro station close by 60-65 lacs for a 2bhk is a good buy.
From last few years every one is telling the same sentences market will go for correction.
but still the property market is shooting up averaging 15-17 % Annually. if you have funds just go and buy it don’t wait for correction and all, it might not happen in the near future.
Hi Vishal, if it is for end use, there is not point in waiting, you can buy. What ever happens, you will have place to live at least.
For investment purpose, there is a closest possibility that, your money will get locked for ages !
So you are saying that from 2012 to 2015 property prices have increased 45% in 3 years given 15% a year? Please cite me any one example of this happening on any property.
