Visited the Sobha Clovelly site office today and found the Marketing and Sales guys with very very poor knowledge about details….Either they are trainees or if they are not, they have no clue about the project and I am wondering how even they were hired….This was my first visit to any Sobha property and I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience…Also the quoted price of 8000 Rs/sq ft is no way fair or right….The guy told me that about 30 flats out of 137 have been sold since last 2 years they started the project…I doubt that also…
I am staying in this area for 15 years and the right rate is around 5000-5500 Rs/sq ft, the project is scheduled for 2019 completion and I am pretty sure this will be delayed or Sobha may even abandon it….the neighbourhood is not good…and so please be very very careful before you book anything here
There are already million homes avalable for sale..Not sure how this project is going to benefit the bangalore city.
is sobha trying to collect the booking advance and complet it other projects ? its really scary.
