As of 1st week of November 2018, apartments are priced at Rs. 33 lacs onwards
This is not correct, they are providing slab, tiles and sink in kitchen and it is also included in agreement

Which amongst these can get me a better rental and investment point for 5 years
Brigade bricklane not providing slab, tiles and sink in kitchen. That’s very bad ..it will cost extra 2lakhs of buyers
