Guys prestige is a renowned builder but sales service is very pathetic . Most of the sales person will play tricks to have initial booking and then just treat you like shit .
One of the sales team person Ismail is a big cheat and try to avoid getting into his traps. Seems like he works for his personal benefits who doesn’t seems to be genuine.
Agree with santosh. Has anyone asked what is the UDS ( UN DIVIDED SHARE) for this project. There is no transparency in this and all builders are only cheating common man. Better to stay in rented flat and have a great peace of mind.
Just come to koramangala and have a walk around..you can see lots of houses and apartments vacant..All owners are waiting for tenants..with Arthi in their hand…
What an a*s hole people they are! Just a bunch of Thugs! They just exploit common man, your hard earn money will bleed. Once you pay your first check, they treat you like shit!
The project is in a dessert, way inside from main road. There is a cement factory in front of the project making lot of noise. With the COVID situation, economic condition is going to deteriorate in future so re-sale is almost impossible with 50% of the flats lying vacant across the Bangalore project. Eventually one can stay on rent in the same flat at one third of the price. Not a wise decision to buy property anymore!

I have invested in an apartment there and what a saw in the front was L&T’s batching plan to construct Finsbury Park.
I hope you know that L&T is the contractor of Finsbury Park.

Agree, FLATS are a waste of money, it never appreciates and rental yield is so low that its not worth it. Purchasing flat is not an investment anymore. It is money down the drain. – NRI
Buy only ready projects for your own stay. Property investment returns are of the past not anymore.

Things to note before you think of a site visit :
1. Builder is Apex Realty and not Prestige. Apex is a limited liability partner of Prestige. Now, a wise man knows the difference between broccoli and cauliflower.
2. The payment plan is not construction linked and is collected once every two months IRRESPECTIVE OF THE STATUS OF CONSTRUCTION.
3. Upcoming locality with great commercial spaces for lease/rent, provided that is the norm by 2024.

1. You said builder is Apex not Prestige how do you say this any valid doc.
2. Payment plan. This project is RERA approved and they bound to take payment as per construction.
Ok great, now a project in the middle of nowhere, KIADB park will take 10 – 15 years to develop. I don’t see much value in investing in such a location now.
