BDA Denotifications Scam – via Geo-tagged Map

Hello People,

Check out www.denotify.org to make sure you’re not impacted directly or indirectly by the BDA Denotification scam. Indirect impact can be through people that bought apartments in the said denotified lands, since it is likely that the underlying land will be stuck in litigation in the years to come.

As you might have been reading in the newspapers/media over the past 2 weeks, it has now come to light that BDA has denotified a total of 983 Acres of land in the proposed/jinxed Arkavathy Layout, from the initial notification extent in 2003.

The team at Clearvalue were approached with loads of papers & survey maps by a group of people who were either directly affected by the scam or were related to allottees or original land owners. A total of about 10 to 15 people from all these groups worked rigorously over the past 2 weeks, from multiple locations & workstations, to come up with the visualizations mapped/tagged over Google Maps at denotify.org.

Our opinion: Arkavathy Notification is widely flawed. It appears that it was more of a notification to extort from both the original land owners & later the allottees, in favour of the corrupt officials of BDA, politicians involved, and a huge land mafia. Even considering a conservative land price of Rs 10 Crore per acre, this is a Rs 10,000 Crore scam!

We also request you to post a link to www.denotify.org on your facebook profile, so as to spread the message among the genuine citizens of Bangalore, to help them avoid such traps.

Thanks,

Clearvalue
