Pre launch at 6000!!!….the market is empty …full of inventory and prices already crashed 30% in NCR area……Job scenario not so great in bangalore……too much to invest and wait for 5 year to see almost no appreciation( inflation adjusted)….better to stay on rent put money in market and bonds for better returns!!!

Finally, builders and bankers are waking up to the reality:
Sustainable Real Estate Prices depend on the affordability of the masses
After a significant price crash in the NCR region, developers are realizing that it’s difficult to sell those atrociously priced RE projects. Soon, the same story will follow in Bangalore. Though Bangalore’s affordability may be better, but pre-launch at 6000 is definitely not going far. Investors opting for such highly priced projects will be the ones to suffer the most. If “affordable housing” picks up, finding a home-buyer at these rates will get even more difficult.
Yeah….better to buy completed projects as sobha city which is almost complete is around 6000.
Not worth , Rs 6000 is too high for Pre Launch
Now quoting a very high price at first and then bringing it down to the real price even during pre-launch phase has become a practice to trick customers. Expect them to quote 5500 or less in 2-3 months!
Sobha is a very good builder and Sobha City is beautifully done. Even if Sobha Square is a far smaller project but as there are just 288 apartments in 4.5 acres hence they shall be able to do it well. Pre launch price of 5000 would have been apptopriate for this area and nothing more than this.
If its is graves on site then stay away from the project. The Sobha City has huge issues with people stuck with Cara Paradiso blocks because of the graveyard/cemetery issue – http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/235734-l292727.html
