Is it just me, or the 2BHKs in this project are way too small. I understand that 2BHK from an investment perspective is an ideal option but for a 2BHK apartment that measures a carpet area of just 750 sq ft – exiting the investment might be difficult. I had visited this project for a 2BHK but the carpet area was a disappointment therefore decided to move on to another project.
You are correct.. 2 bhk is hell lot of smaller unit with the price you are paying. If you include everything a 2 bhk unit will cost you around 75lk or may be more. Besides this apartment did not receive the BBMP aroval yet. Some people here in this forum are marketing for this apartment, so dont have to believe them or dont get fooled being a part of the google group. Prestige promised to start work since 2016 june but not yet started anything which is obvious that the paperwork is still ending…

Meena, If you want to invest, then buy some land. Don’t waste your money on flats. Its hard to sell a flat.
for investment purpose its better to pick up a 2 BHK, as it sells alot faster than a 3 BHK.
Most families today are nuclear… Prestige is a good builder and appreciation would be better.
Land is also a good option, but you’ll have the ensure that the titles are absolutely clear. In case you are buying land, get yourself the best lawyer in town.

The location of project is next to Rustique City lights apartments (G+2) and close to Gopalan Atlantis. The positives for the project is that it is already habitable with only 140+ apartments. It is closer to all amenities (e.g. schools, malls, shops) and is in the center of major office locations (2- 4 kms). The negatives are timing of possession (2019) which is bit far though may suit some people. The approach road (~ 0.5 kms) is not that wide but enough for two way traffic. Overall, it will be a good investment and also a good location to live in Whitefield
Price wise this is launched as same price that of PLH. But this project is white field and accessible to schools, malls and business district. Therefore I believe this project is superior and more viable than Prestige Lakeside Habitat.

One can get Republic of Whitefield Phase-1 with procession in 2016 mid to Dec at that price @ better location and with lot better amenities..
Prestige again came back to loot hard earned money by the people. 25 Rs above ground floor for a (G+3 building) and 3 years + 6 months buffer to complete the construction.
The construction time is too high for 4 floor building and the extra floor charge is laughable.
