Hi,

is it fine to buy a property without cc.we have looked a property which didn’t get cc after 2years of starting be the property.does it this long to get.please suggest.

    No… Not at all… Never buy that project, max CC comes in 6-8months of time after work starts or max till the work level will reach ground level (considering basement) if still the developer had not Recived the cc then certainly there is some problem with the approvals and documentation, might be there approved plan would be diffrent and what they are making would be completely different or some legal issues because of CC is approved, basically CC standa for Commencement certificate which is self explanatory, if cc is not there, OC Will never come for that Proj, which simply means it’s not legal project to go for.
