Location is not great ,front Road is too narro, Railiway crossing , Airport noise would be too high. Also the other charges like car and club house is too high compare to other projects around 20-25 Lakh. u will have to pay for amenities.

The base rate is 6600 and the expected possession date is Mar/June 2014. Would you please recommend that it is a wise investment at this stage assuming the rate may go up by the time of possession. Any guesses what would be the rate at the time of possession? Thanks. Syed
Heard that the quoted base price is Rs 6000/- now. I did visit the construction site last Sunday. The quality and speed of construction looks good.
They are quoting Rs 6600/- base price as on Feb 20, 2013. They say some 200 flats are sold out of some total 310.
I was checking with some colleagues in the area.Understand that this property is expected to define Yelahanka like Prestige Acropolis did to Koramangala considering its location. Also heard that teh Allasandra Bridge is getting cleared for work so that would definitely help to appreciate the property..
Did a check with RMZ ..they have already sold out abt 50% .current going at 5100 psqft.

Its an interesting location with scope for development. Mixed use properties should do well. Though the price is on the higher end.. but then being a luxury project it may still be a good option. For example Godrej Platinum near Hebbal is quoted more than 2 crores at Rs. 6000 per sft

Thanks for the info on RMZ Galleria. I like the location of the project but don’t you think the price is too high? and even built up area is very less..please tell me your opinion on investing in this project.
This project is in a excellent location.Builder being RMZ, one can expect decent quality of construction. Overall good for investment/living.

Given it is priced high already, what is your view about appreciation over a period of 3-4 years. If we are paying now Rs. 4450 per sqft., how much can be expected at the time of possession taking into consideration the development in and around yelahanka. appreciate your feedback. thanks.
RMZ Galleria should appreciate till Rs 6,000 to Rs 6,500 at the time of possession. It has all the ingredients to be appreciate.
