Sobha Developers has announced the pre-launch of their new apartment project called Sobha Lake Garden. The project located in KR Puram is spread across ~8.89 acres of land and will offer ~597 apartments in 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations in towers of G+18 floors.

    The RERA carpet Area is around 50% of the super built-up area. This is a pretty bad ratio. You pay for 900+sf but you get only 440+sf of carpet area. That is not acceptable.
