Can any one guide me about Jade garden plots in sadahalli, near ITC just 5 km to BIAl
It is Raheja,s project and membership to club cabana comes along with the site. The rate quoted
is about 1800/= per sq ft. is it worth since minimum size is 6460 sq ft.

Nice locality for sure, you should be able to negotiate prices if you are seriously looking to buy. Just remember that the layout is right in line with the BIAL runway and you’ll be able to wave to your friends coming and leaving bangalore from your rooftop :). Jokes apart, I have been to Clarkes Exotica on a day trip and did not find the flights too disturbing.
