I have checked with Paras group, they have BMRDA approval as well as Panchayat approval…I think there won’t be any issues…..Pls suggest how good project it is
We have purchased an apt in D block which is ready for possession. The construction was on schedule and builder seems fine. Flats have good lighting and ventilation and interiors are good.
If you are going to work in electronic city and have a budget of around 35 – 40 lakhs for 3 BHK,it is very good. The project is close to Hosur Main Road (around 1 km) and Ananthnagar is a purely residential area.
I have visited this Para group apartments in Ananth Nagar. It seems good and they have some focus on customer centric but one concern is that they have only panchayat approval not BDA approval…..Pls suggest me if I buy a flat which is panchayat approved, there would be any issues in future..
