Here’s the excel sheet with worksheets representing different projects, some of the developers sampled were Prestige, Provident, Brigade and Expat.

Bangalore house property super BUA to Carpet area study

It was rough draft sample I did for myself so its not in a very presentable fashion but gives a good idea of different developers approach and efficiency. I plan to add a few more to the list and once I update that will send it once I find time.
