Prestige Park View Bangalore

Prestige Park View Bangalore is a new project being launched in Whitefield by Prestige Group. The project is located very close to Hope Farm Junction and ITPB.

Prestige Park View offers 2 & 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1220 sft to 2023 sft. 2BHK has two options 1215 sft and 1267 sft, 3BHKs are available in 3 configurations 1698 sft, 1836sft and 2023 sft. The pre-launch pricing is Rs.3500/- valid till 3rd week of July whereas the official launch price is expected to be Rs.3650/-

      I am not selling mine.

      Calculation below:
      ==============
      going rent in PPV is 40000/pm; so annual rent is 4.8 L
      Rental yield is 3% so apartment value should be
      (100/3) * 4.8 = 120 L
      So apartment should cost you not less than 1.2 + location premium of minimum 20L = 1.4 Cr.

        40000 rent is a myth. Get me a rent of more than 30 thousand plus maintenance of 5000.

      They are going to handover in phases. Blocks 1 and 2 will be in the months of June and July. Blocks 3 & 4 in Aug and Sep. This is the info I received from them.
