Brigade Belvedere, Budigere Cross

Location & Connectivity

Brigade Belvedere is on Budigere Main Road, just off Old Madras Road at Budigere Cross in East Bengaluru. This corridor has become one of the busier new-launch zones over the last three years — it sits beyond Whitefield proper, which keeps land and entry prices lower than core Whitefield, but also means a longer commute into the ITPL/EPIP tech corridor, typically 25-35 minutes depending on traffic at KR Puram.

Old Madras Road and the Outer Ring Road extension give reasonable connectivity, and the area has seen enough apartment activity from Godrej, Sattva and Brigade itself that basic retail and school infrastructure is catching up.

Project Specifications

  • Developer: Brigade Group, with Ricardo Bofill credited as project architect
  • Land parcel: 10.75 acres
  • Towers: 5 towers planned in total (Phase 1 covers 2 towers)
  • Total units: 1,750 apartments across the full project (Phase 1 alone accounts for 773 units)
  • Configurations: 1, 2, 3, and 3.5 BHK
  • Unit sizes: carpet areas from roughly 444 sq ft (1 BHK) to 1,266 sq ft (3.5 BHK)
  • Possession: Phase 1 possession is registered for December 2031

Pricing

Entry pricing has been quoted anywhere from Rs 85 lakh to Rs 97 lakh depending on which listing snapshot you catch, with the top end (3.5 BHK) running up to roughly Rs 2.5-2.6 crore. This kind of lakh-level spread across listings is normal for a project that’s still in its early sales phase — treat any of these as a ballpark and get the current cost sheet before you budget around a specific number.

Amenities

Being architect-led (Ricardo Bofill’s firm) is the headline feature Brigade is marketing here, alongside the usual clubhouse, pool, and landscaped court amenities that come with a 10+ acre development. Given the phased 5-tower rollout, expect amenities to be built out incrementally as later phases come online rather than all at once with Phase 1.

RERA & Compliance

Registered under Karnataka RERA as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/240326/008549. The date segment (240326) decodes to 24 March 2026, consistent with this being a recent, currently-active launch rather than an older project being relaunched under a new name.

A Few Honest Notes

Only Phase 1 (2 of the planned 5 towers, 773 of the 1,750 total units) has firm, RERA-registered numbers with a possession date. The remaining phases are described in marketing material but don’t yet have their own separate registrations as of this writing — if you’re buying into a later tower, ask specifically which RERA number covers that block and what its own possession date is, rather than assuming it matches Phase 1’s December 2031 date.

Verdict

Belvedere works for buyers prioritizing a lower entry price on the East Bengaluru corridor and who don’t mind trading proximity to Whitefield’s IT parks for a longer commute. The architect branding is a genuine differentiator versus most projects in this price band. The main thing to nail down before booking is which specific phase and tower you’re buying into, since only Phase 1 has a confirmed possession date right now.

“In 2009 I was in search of a property. Before I could finalize one, I had so many questions: was the location right? could I rely on the builder? was the price quoted the same for everyone? what should I know before I issue the cheque? — and many more questions that kept coming to mind. With no platform, I started harshasagar.com to help myself out. 15 years later, these questions still come to me whenever I think about buying another property. There’s no shortage of platforms today — social media, WhatsApp, and more. But if you’ve still got a question or something to share, this place is still here for you.”— Harsha Sagar, founder
