Solcrest

Solcrest is a residential apartment project by Bricks & Milestones, launched in December 2025 off Hennur Road in North Bengaluru. It’s a bigger bet than the developer’s earlier work in the city — Bricks & Milestones has mostly delivered smaller residential projects around East Bangalore over the past decade, plus a villa-plot layout on Doddaballapur Road and an under-construction 22-acre project in Gunjur, so Solcrest is one of its larger apartment launches to date.

Location & Connectivity

The project sits at Rampura village, off Bileshivale Main Road, in the Bidarahalli/Hennur belt of North Bengaluru (pincode 560077). Hennur Main Road is about 3 km away and NH 44 roughly 6 km, which puts the site within reach of both the Hennur-Bagalur corridor and the wider Outer Ring Road network, though this is still a drive-in location rather than one with immediate metro access. This stretch of North Bengaluru has seen a steady run of apartment launches over the last couple of years as the airport-corridor growth story extends south toward the city.

Project Specifications

  • Developer: Bricks and Milestones Projects LLP
  • Land area: about 9.3 acres
  • RERA number: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/151225/008336 (registered 15 December 2025)
  • Scale: sources don’t agree here. The developer’s own launch announcement and one independent portal both describe 6 towers of 34 floors each with 796 homes; a different independent portal instead lists 8 residential blocks with 658 units on effectively the same land parcel. Two out of three sources converge on the 6-tower/796-unit figure, so treat that as the more likely number, but confirm the exact tower and unit count for your specific block with the sales office before booking.
  • Configurations: 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK
  • Unit sizes: roughly 1,332-1,347 sq ft (2 BHK) up to 2,164 sq ft (4 BHK) on a super built-up basis per one portal; a second portal quotes noticeably smaller carpet-area figures (850 sq ft for a 2 BHK, up to 1,386 sq ft for a 4 BHK) — the gap looks like a carpet-vs-super-built-up mismatch between listings rather than a real discrepancy, but get the RERA carpet area for your specific unit confirmed directly.
  • Possession: November 2030

Pricing

Quoted prices cluster around Rs 1.44 crore to Rs 2.43 crore depending on configuration and floor, with the developer’s own announcement citing a starting price of Rs 1.48 crore. That works out to roughly Rs 10,800-11,000 per sq ft on a super built-up basis, which is in line with other recent Hennur Road launches.

Amenities

About 90% of the site is being kept as open, landscaped area, with four homes planned per floor and units oriented east or west with wraparound balconies. Listed amenities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna, party hall, a pet park, trampoline and skate park, jogging and cycling paths, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a yoga deck, and the usual power backup, water supply, CCTV and 24×7 security cover.

RERA & Compliance

The RERA number decodes cleanly to 15 December 2025, matching the developer’s own launch date and the timeline given by every source checked. Land area (9.27-9.3 acres) is consistent across sources. The one figure genuinely in dispute is scale — 796 units across 6 towers versus 658 units across 8 blocks — which is a real conflict, not a rounding difference, so it’s worth flagging to the sales team directly rather than assuming either number applies to the specific tower you’re looking at.

A Few Honest Notes

Bricks & Milestones is a step down in scale from the big-name Bangalore developers that dominate this site’s coverage, and Solcrest is a meaningfully larger project than anything the company has delivered before in a single phase. There’s no record of major public complaints or delays against the developer as of this run, but with possession five years out (November 2030) and a first-time-at-this-scale developer, it’s worth doing the usual diligence on execution track record beyond just the RERA filing before committing.

Verdict

This suits a buyer comfortable with a longer possession horizon and a mid-sized developer stepping up in scale, in exchange for a fairly spacious layout (90% open area) and pricing that’s competitive for the Hennur Road corridor. It’s less suited to anyone who wants the comfort of a large, established developer’s track record, or who needs a firm, undisputed unit count before booking a specific tower.

Nearby comparables

In the same general Hennur Road corridor, it’s worth comparing Solcrest against Sobha Victoria Park at Kyalasanahalli on Hennur Road, and HPR Shades of Green further out at Kannuru — both already covered on this site and useful for gauging how pricing and density compare along this stretch of North Bengaluru.

“In 2009 I was in search of a property. Before I could finalize one, I had so many questions: was the location right? could I rely on the builder? was the price quoted the same for everyone? what should I know before I issue the cheque? — and many more questions that kept coming to mind. With no platform, I started harshasagar.com to help myself out. 15 years later, these questions still come to me whenever I think about buying another property. There’s no shortage of platforms today — social media, WhatsApp, and more. But if you’ve still got a question or something to share, this place is still here for you.”— Harsha Sagar, founder
