Are you guys aware how far it is from ITPL back gate, Just wondering about reachability from either sides. We are planning to visit this weekend again. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
We just visted the property over the weekend. Everything is good with this property – except – there is a hindu burial ground hardly 50 meters away. Luckily we found this out cause of a death possession that passed by when we were talking to the sales executive.
On a related note, Sai Gardens (behind HAL Old Airport) suffers from the same problem, infact the burial ground is just bang opposite to the apartment.
hi sri, i think its not 50 meters it is 100 meters and also fenced. so i don’t think it should be of any concern.

Astha,This builder has completed 2 other projects in BEML layout of Kundalahalli 4-5 yrs back, I have enquired there before dusshera, they are quoting around 3300/- per sft, the sizes of 2bhk they are offering are spacious design is good with big rooms, location wise its close to ITPL there quality is good i feel after seeing their old projects., Have you visited them, what are they quoting now?

I think you can go with 2-3 people you get a good rate thats what the people at office say, its a good one to choose from as its close to DPS, and ITPL

I spoke to the marketing person, and she said that they have a total of 110 apartments of which as per the JDA the builders have 71 apts of which 31 has been sold out.

hi, i and my friend have booked apt with SBB in sept. we had done some research…fthey have a sister company DNA infra on borewell road itself. Had spoken to the few apt owners there, they were satisfied with the quality of work and it was delivered on time as promised. Also have seen 1 of there project in brookfield, which seems to be good. As per discussion with the builder what we understood is builder is new, he want to set this project as a benchmark and create a brand for future project, so he will do the best. so far all seems to be moving well, rest we can hope and pray for good :-).

hi kiran, yes it’s about SBB touchstone only. Had spoken to previous customers project was delivered on time as promised without any delays. Infact these days 1 has to be prepared minimum 2 to 4 months delays, anything above is a concern. We visit site almost every week and keep monitoring the progress. so far its going good.

I visited the SBB site on 30th March 2013. They were quoting Rs.3500 (negotiable). Most of the flats were booked and I wasn’t happy with the options left. The Landowner has got flats which face the Main Road but he is quoting Rs.3700..Price looked a bit high after getting a quote from some projects on the borewell road. Location to ITPL is good
I visited the site, plan looks ok but there is hardly anything in the name amenity, the garden terrace is of no use for flats other than the one adjacent to it.
This area is ok, will develop in sometime as there are properties coming up in the area. The builder is new an made a couple of building long back in beml layout, i visited the old ones somehow didn’t liked one which was made long back, overall its tough to make a call. The flats are spacious as 1400 is good area for 2bhk and can be a good feeling once you enter the flat
