Last weekend the HDFC Real-Estate Agent took me for a site visit to Sai Poorna High-End Duplex Apartments At Harlur Road Bangaore. The HDFC guy did mention to me that HDFC has approved the property.

The property looks 80% complete. They are quoting 3,800/sqft for 3BHK duplex apartment on 4th floor with built-up area of 1738 with total price including registration comes up to 97 lakhs

The manager at Sai Poorna did mention that property got delay that makes me really paranoid in completing remaining 20% on-time . Moreover not sure what kind of funding they have in place or will they rely on our money.

I would like to run it by Harsha Sagar to get their thoughts on the following:

• Is it worth the bucks? Is it possible to get a similar duplex apartment from reputed builder at similar price wiin next six months read to move-in
• Is the quality of construction is good
• Are they any users who brought their current or previous projects

Any pointers/suggestions will be greatly appreciated
