Guys,

I am trying to find a way to prepay my 29 Lks loan with say SBI and property in say DLF. The bank gives me a prepayment option which reduces my number of years of payment while the developer gives me 12.50% interest on my extra payment.Which of these would be financially optimal for me? Let me know if you need any further input.
